Your body is communicating to you all the time. It is how you deal with it, that can help.We can't always hear what it says all the time. So, the body has to find a way to make us listen(which is normally by giving us pain!). E.g. At work, you might be under pressure, but think you are coping okay. You go home, the kids are running about, dinner hasn't been made yet. You maybe yell at the kids a couple of times and (1) Start to feel more tense as you try to juggle kids/dinner. (2) Maybe feel the start of a headache. (3) It's probably at number 3 when you realise you're getting stressed - hence the headache. It's been brought on by emotion. How do you get rid of it? EFT or Reiki!! EFT is used when you want to get to the root of why you have headaches, pain, depression, anxiety etc, using a method which is pain free and using a technique which is simple yet very effective.
